Hello All For the last 13 years or so I've been studying and or practicing Bodywork in one form or another; & have chosen Massage as the channel by which I can best express & share what I've learned; not just because I enjoy doing so, but because massage allows me to greatly aid others in having a deeper experience of not only their bodies but in turn their lives It will be a joy to work with you.
Lynn Rodemann 200 CYT, found the benefits of yoga after a 4 day hospital stay. She was going through one of the most trying times of her life. The lack of presence in her body created a level of stress so high that her body gave in. Stress can manifest so many ways in the body. She was lucky that the symptoms were much bigger than the actual problem. It was at that point that she committed to self care. After a 5 year commitment to a constant personal practice she knew that gift of yoga was something that she had to share with others. She completed her yoga teacher training with Kimberly Payne at Gathering Tree yoga in 2016.
Jackie's journey into Traditional Thai Massage began with a class at Cleveland State University titled, 'The Roots of Rock and Soul'. An avid music and subculture fan, this class opened her eyes to the beauty of human diversity thru music and ultimately lead her into the study of Anthropology. Always interested in the human condition, when presented with non-Western healing cultures, she became extremely interested in the mind-body connection and the emphasis in community presented in most non-Western cultures. She graduated with a degree in Anthropology and a minor in Urban Studies from Cleveland State University in May 2010 and received her TTM training from Sarah Cheiky in December of that year. She is hoping to be accepted into an Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine graduate program with plans to return to Cleveland upon completion. She is active in her Old Brooklyn neighborhood and supportive of the local Cleveland music scene. She is a living example that "Not all who wander are lost".

MARY BELL, LMT
Mary Bell is a huge fan of fun, bliss and love! Being a yoga practitioner for fourteen years, she finally decided to teach it and took 240 hour YTT in mid 2012. Being a licensed massage therapist for over five years and also a Thai massage practitioner, Mary’s seen first hand how the disconnect between mind and body can manifest itself into pain and tension. Yoga is Union, it requires awareness of what’s happening inside and outside of one’s being. With that awareness healing and the divine journey begin!
Mary believes the most important yoga is done outside the classroom. Everything done on the mat is preparation so that everyday problems can be faced with calmness, strength and compassion.
“I am honored by everyone that chooses to make my class a stop along their path to enlightenment or on their way home from work! Let’s play, laugh, work hard and sweat a bit together while we make ourselves and the world a little happier.”

Halle started practicing yoga in 2013 when she heard how helpful it is for stress and anxiety and immediately fell in love with the practice. She graduated from the Ananda Bhakti Hatha Yoga Teacher Training program and believes that if you can breathe, you can yogi. Halle loves teaching a variety of yoga classes ranging from powerful vinyasa to Yin and Restorative. Prior to receiving her yoga certification, Halle coached high school cheerleading, which gave her a firsthand perspective of how strenuous sports and physical activities can be on the body and how a regular practice of yoga can help counter these effects. She now teaches multiple tumbling classes and makes it a point to transform typical conditioning routines into yoga practices. Halle begins her vinyasa classes with a gentle warm-up followed by an engaging flow. She offers modifications in her classes so that every student’s individuality is recognized and appreciated, and she keeps the classes fun and light, reminding her students that it’s only yoga and we shouldn’t take ourselves too seriously. Halle encourages her students to use their breath as the connecting tool between each asana and to use the breath to anchor to the present moment, finding the liberation in letting go and choosing to be here now.
