We accept all major forms of payment including cash, credit, and debit cards.  
We require a card on file to reserve your appointments (including: massages, infrared sauna, reiki, sound healing, energy work, and Thai massage).  

​Cancellation Policy: 
Payment must be provided at time of booking to reserve your appointment, service, workshop or class.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments, services, workshops, and classes.  
24-hours' notice must be provided when cancelling to prevent your card on file being charged. 
There is a 100% charge if cancellation notice is given with less than 24-hours' notice.

Massage and Energy Work Etiquette:   

• Please arrive to your appointment 10-15 minutes before to park, fill out paper work and meet with your practitioner comfortably.
• Please help yourself to tea and water while waiting for your appointment. 
• We are a shoe-free zone, please prepare accordingly. 
• If you paid for the service in full and would like to add gratuity after the appointment we accept credit card or cash.  20% gratuity is standard for exceptional service and is appreciated by our staff. 
• Please inform front desk if you have any special accommodations or questions.

TRADITIONAL THAI MASSAGE 

Thai massage has been taught and practiced in Thailand for approximately 2,500 years.  Thai works by applying firm or gentle pressure along the body's sen, or energy lines, to increase circulation, flexibility, relieve muscle and joint tension, and promote relaxation and balanced energy throughout the body. Thai massage incorporates gentle or firm yogic stretches to increase flexibility in common areas such as the hips, arms, back, and legs. Thai massage is both deeply energizing and relaxing. 

​*Thai massage is most different from other forms of massage in that there is no oil used, that the practitioner uses a mattress on the floor (as opposed to a table), and that you remain completely clothed throughout the massage.

SWEDISH RELAXATION MASSAGE 

Become lost in the hypnotic flow of a Swedish massage. This session works to increase circulation throughout the entire body. Long soothing strokes are often done towards the heart, reducing inflammation and stimulating the lymphatic system. This session is a marriage of relaxing and therapeutic techniques to ease the restless mind and tired body. Your therapist can focus on an area of stress or tension, but the overall intent is to find serenity.

Light, Medium or Firm pressure is adjustable to your preference.

DEEP-TISSUE MASSAGE


Allow our skilled LMT's to create a unique individualized session just for you! This session may focus on alleviating your chronic pain, increasing flexibility or even assisting with injury rehabilitation. Your therapist may use a variety of techniques such as: Trigger point therapy, medical cupping, or even passive stretching. Pressure is often medium to firm, gradually increasing to very deep depending on your particular tolerance.  Work with your massage therapist to breathe through stubborn muscle tension and dissipate those pesky muscle knots!

​ASHIATSU 

 Ashiatsu Deep Feet Bar Therapy, is a barefoot massage technique in which the therapist delivers deep, broad, consistent pressure while utilizing their feet and body weight. Working with gravity instead of against it, Ashiatsu therapists are able to provide an effective therapeutic massage without causing pain or discomfort to themselves or the receiving client.

Cream or oil is applied to the clients body making this deep therapeutic massage fluid and relaxing. Parallel bars are used above the massage table for balance, support and client safety.

PRENATAL MASSAGE

Prenatal massage dedicated to woman in their second and third trimester. A second-trimester massage concentrates on increasing your feel-good hormones and works on relieving any newly created sore spots. Third-trimester massage is directed to working out any aches or swelling as a result of your pregnancy.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance.

​Using a soft touch which is generally no greater than 5 grams - about the weight of a nickel - practitioners release restrictions in the soft tissues that surround the central nervous system.

​A 90 minute Craniosacral Fusion is also available. This session combines craniosacral therapy with therapeutic massage; working with different layers of the body can create lasting results. Craniosacral therapy calms the nervous system and helps release restrictions in the craniosacral system which in turn prepares the body to better receive therapeutic massage. This sessions is recommended for someone with chronic headaches/migraines, TMJ, pelvic pain/dysfunction, chronic stress and anxiety, neck and back pain, or someone who had a fall or experienced whiplash.

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE

Myofascial massage therapy is focused on working with the fascia that surrounds the muscles and their attachments to help increase mobility and decrease pain. Myofascial techniques require time and patience.  Strokes may feel long and slow with pressure gradually increasing on points of tenderness in order to melt through the layers of fascia that can be causing restrictions. Myofascial work takes a full body approach to treatment, areas where pain is felt may be caused by restrictions elsewhere in the body. This type of massage may be beneficial for those with chronic pain, tension or heaviness, loss of range of motion, distortions in posture or gait, hard, unmoving, or traumatized tissue. ​

CBD

CBD is the non-psychoactive form of hemp. It is studied for it's anti-inflammatory properties. When applied to the body during massage, it's naturally analgesic and pain relieving. Topical CBD may help alleviate muscle tightness while relaxing the mind and body.

GUA SHA 

Used in China for more than two thousand years, gua sha means to scrape toxins. A method of promoting blood circulation and removing toxic heat, blood, and lymph from the body, gua sha involves scraping the skin with a flat tool to facilitate pain relief. Olive oil and herbs are usually applied to the skin to open pores, increase deep cleansing, and improve circulation.

ORGANIC BODY SCRUB

Our organic body scrub is homemade by our therapists and it exfoliates and hydrates your skin, leaving it soft and smooth.  Mix the body scrub with an infrared sauna for a more purifying experience.

CUPPING

Cupping uses a negative pressure system to stimulate circulation and blood flow. It can assist in breaking up "knots" and flush lactic acid buildup. It is ideal for athletes during recovery, and those in chronic pain with trigger points. Please Note: cupping may leave dark marks on the skin in areas of stagnation. These marks will go diminish gradually, depending on the client.
