Learn how to unleash your inner goddess or god by exploring your body through movement. This is an all levels flow class tailored to the needs of the student. Explore the 7 chakras and moving meditation through several types of spinning. Learn to connect movement and breath through several powerful breathing techniques. Classes can consist of spinning pole, waist hooping, off the body moves, doubles, minis, poi, yoga with thai massage and meditation. Some classes will be held waterfront on the river during concerts and nice weather. n Class rates are the same as yoga. Check Mindbody online for days and times. |
