Sarah Cheiky opened The Studio Cleveland on September 7, 2010. She earned licensure as a massage therapist from the Ohio State Medical Board in 2003 after studying at the Harmony Path School of Massage in Rocky River, Ohio. She completed continuing education courses and a teaching apprenticeship in traditional Thai Massage from Dr. C. In 2006, Sarah met the high standards for excellence established by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCTMB). She continues to expand her skills and knowledge with domestic and international studies in Vipassana Meditation, Thai and Buddhist Medicine. Sarah has also been formally welcomed into the family and lineages of The Traditional Old Medicine Hospital, and the SVG Thai Massage Training Center in Chiang Mai, Thailand and has been recognized internationally as a Master Body Worker. Sarah accepts this with great humility
and continues to offer great respect to her clients and community, by allowing you to be the greatest teacher.

BRITTANY GAUL
Brittany's yoga journey began in 2006. Throughout college Brittany used yoga to alleviate stress and find herself. In 2012 she graduated from Bhumi's Yoga Teacher Training. Upon graduation Brittany taught yoga for women overcoming substance abuse at The Community Assessment Treatment Services Center (CATS), Prenatal yoga at Krysia Energy Yoga, The Source Energy Yoga, and served as an assistant for Bhumi's Yoga Teacher Training in 2014 and 2015.

For the past three summers Brittany has joyfully spread her yoga teachings throughout the community at Edgewater Beach and Lakewood Park. In the summer of 2016, Brittany studied prenatal yoga at Blooma Yoga in Minneapolis, Minnesota under Sarah Longacre Ehlers and Stacy Seebart. Brittany teaches from the heart with love, respect and compassion for each individual. She believes yoga is truly for every body.

Jen Gomez
I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification in 2018 with Ylonda Rosenthal-Greene (Awake to My Soul YTT). I‪nspiring ‬practitioners ‪to always be present‬—my classes move at a slow, mindful pace—finding the balance between physical challenge and quiet calm.

ADRIANA LIZARRIBAR
Adriana is studio manager, yoga instructor, and massage practitioner at The Studio Cleveland.

New to the wellness community, Adriana completed her Yoga Teacher Training with Ananda Bhakti Yoga Teacher Training in November 2016, graduated from Harmony Path School of Massage Therapy in Rocky River in March 2016, and has been learning the art of Traditional Thai Massage with Sarah Cheiky since 2015.

Having been a longtime yogi, cyclist, and artist, Adriana finds faith in the powerful mind/body connection; looking at the Self as a whole, to assess, reconnect, and center with our movement and breath. Adriana chooses to commute through the city on her bicycle year-round and enjoys spending her spare time reading, hiking, creating art, and cooking.

Sinéad O
Sinéad completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2013 at Dhyana Yoga in Philadelphia. Wanting more, she decided to spend three months in an intentional yoga community in the mountains of California dedicated to yoga and Āyurveda. Falling in love with the infusion of yoga in everyday life, she ended up studying and teaching there for five years. While there she completed her 300-hour yoga teacher training, which led her deeper into the ancient teachings of yoga, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, Āyurveda, and community living. From her own experience of growth, she is driven to help others discover how these ancient teachings intersect with modern nutrition and psychology in order to transform mind, body, and spirit.

With her background in dance, yoga, and yogic philosophy, Sinéad’s classes offer a little bit of everything. Some classes are dynamic, physical and movement-centered, integrating vinyasa-style flows with a philosophical approach. Other times her classes are softer, rooted, and restorative, with a focus on pranayama, meditation, and chanting. She is committed to holding space for self-exploration and transformation in all her classes. She has taught diverse groups of people in studios, retreats, and yoga teacher trainings, as well as students in middle and high school. She is known for her grounded, nourishing teaching style and flowing, uniquely challenging classes.

Jessica Reddick

Picture
Jessica was born and raised in Nebraska and has lived in Ohio since 2005. She made the decision in 2010 to take her career path in the same direction as her yoga path. Along the way she discovered Thai massage, which led her to complete a traditional Thai massage program, alongside her yoga teacher training program. Since then she has received a second certification in Thai massage and is a Reiki practitioner. Prior to that her education and employment were in the human services field. Jessica also has a strong interest in traditional medicine.

Sam Rus
Samantha received her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification in Playa Grande, Costa Rica of June 2017 through Sadhana Yoga School.  She was first called to yoga in high school where now, her practice has transformed from a sweaty workout to a sacred offering. Sam feels humbled and blessed to be able to share the gift of yoga with her community. Sam Rus is a dynamic & highly compassionate teacher, on and off the mat. In her class, you will be be transported into field of positivity that will allow you to freely and comfortably express yourself, with her supportive assists and angelic voice as a guide. She believes yoga is a lifestyle made for every *body* which can be practiced within every breathing moment.  Sam hopes to continue her travels and teachings throughout the world, spreading love, peace, and kindness one heart at a time. When not in the studio, you can find her studying a language (mostly Spanish), reading a book (mainly about consciousness), or talking to strangers (any of them).  Sam would like to thank you for being and hopes to meet you soon. ~Shanti Shanti Shanti~

Kasimira Vogel, LMT

Kasimira Vogel, is one of the Co-founders of Pathways to Wholeness and is very passionate in aiding each person to find their individual pathway to being a whole, healthy and integrated person. "Kassy" started her own quest when at age 13 it was discovered she had scoliosis. There started the introduction into alternative medicine and the benefits of proper diet. Today, Kassy is a licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Energy/Light Worker and Intuitive Healer who likes to use everything in her "tool box" from crystals, aromatherapy and herbs to vocal sounds and rattles to effect positive healing changes in the human body, mind and spirit.

MARY BELL, LMT
Mary Bell is a huge fan of fun, bliss and love! Being a yoga practitioner for fourteen years, she finally decided to teach it and took 240 hour YTT in mid 2012. Being a licensed massage therapist for over five years and also a Thai massage practitioner, Mary’s seen first hand how the disconnect between mind and body can manifest itself into pain and tension. Yoga is Union, it requires awareness of what’s happening inside and outside of one’s being. With that awareness healing and the divine journey begin!

Mary believes the most important yoga is done outside the classroom. Everything done on the mat is preparation so that everyday problems can be faced with calmness, strength and compassion.

“I am honored by everyone that chooses to make my class a stop along their path to enlightenment or on their way home from work! Let’s play, laugh, work hard and sweat a bit together while we make ourselves and the world a little happier.”
